(certified by the Leather Working Group), valued for its durability, natural
character, and rich texture. The leather has a smooth matte surface that
gradually develops a beautiful patina over time, allowing each
piece to gain subtle marks and tonal variations that enhance its unique
vintage look.

My Favorite So Far
I’ve owned several beautiful leather journals, including a Hobonichi and a Manufactus from Italy, but I have to say… my Asperaria journal is my favorite so far. 💚
The leather is absolutely beautiful, the craftsmanship is exceptional, and the the finishing details is what really makes it special. It feels like something made to be loved and used for years, rather than just another journal.

I ordered the A5 Alpine journal cover in Chestnut. It is lovely soft leather and looks just like the picture. It feels very substantial and robust and would be great for anyone looking to keep their journal well protected. The leather did arrive with some scuffs but I didn’t mind as it adds to the patina, but something to be aware of. I had my initials monogrammed also and the quality of the monogram was great- just as advertised. It took a few weeks to arrive but this was to be expected from Ukraine to Australia. I’m happy I was able to support a growing business and was rewarded with a quality piece that will likely last a lifetime. Thank you :)
