Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition as you received it

  • unworn or unused

  • with tags

  • in the original packaging

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return requests require approval before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong item

If the issue is confirmed, you may request a refund.
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • custom or personalized products (including engraved or made-to-order items)

  • sale items

  • gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing an order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. return the original item (after approval), and

  2. place a new order separately once the return is accepted

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
