A5 Leather Journals

The A5 leather cover measures 6.3" × 9.1" (16.0 × 23 cm) closed. It holds A5 notebooks 5.8" × 8.3" (14.8 × 21 cm) — Leuchtturm1917 Medium, Hobonichi Cousin, Midori MD A5 and Rhodia A5. A Moleskine Large fits too, just narrower at 13 × 21 cm. It is built the way a traveler’s notebook is built: inserts ride on elastics, nothing is bound into the spine, so A5 traveler’s notebook inserts drop straight in. A5 inserts sit snugly on the elastics. Anything smaller will fit, but it will shift as you write.
